We Care is our guest care and safety policy ensuring we look after our guests and that everyone who comes to us ends up getting home safely. As a business our strength is often in the care we offer our guests, however what we are not so good at is communicating to our guests that they can ask for help and we will help them.
The central message of the policy is that if any guest is concerned about anything at all then they can raise it with a member of door staff, staff or management and they will be listened to and helped whatever the circumstances, without judgement.
