Although any member of staff can be approached if needed we actively encourage guests to seek help from our security and management team. We also have Guest Care Ambassadors who are easily identifiable in bespoke uniforms to help with all queries, questions and problems. They ensure a friendly and approachable face is always there for our guests to seek out if they find themselves in any kind of difficulty.
We have extensive CCTV coverage throughout the venue and our security staff also wear bodycams. We will always review these if any allegation is made and we will pass on to the police to help with any investigation.
We provide anti-spiking bottle stoppers and protective drink covers – these can be asked for at the bar if required.
Cloakrooms or Guest Services desks hold a set of phone chargers which guests can use free of charge to ensure they can stay in contact with their friends at all times.
