We only employ security operatives with the legally required SIA registration and we will not open without the presence of security to look after our guests. Although our security teams are predominantly male – we endeavour to make sure that there is always at least one female in the team.
Our security personnel are also trained in the “REKOM Way” which focuses on Guest Care.
We operate 100% search policy in our clubs with the addition of knife arches and wands and an extended search policy in our bars.
We encourage guests to place their belonging in the cloakroom so we can keep them safe while they are in the venue. Handbags/bags can be placed in the cloakroom free of charge.
